Vidfast Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vidfast website or app (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

  1. Definitions
  • “Content” means any and all text, images, videos, audio, and other materials that are uploaded to or posted on the Platform.
  • “User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
  • “Vidfast” means Vidfast LLC, the owner and operator of the Platform.
  1. User Accounts
  • Users are permitted to create accounts to access certain features.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account information and password.
  1. User Content
  • When you upload Content to the Platform, you grant Vidfast a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit your Content in connection with the operation and improvement of the Platform and services.
  • You retain ownership of your Content, but you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to grant Vidfast the license described above.
  • You agree that Vidfast may remove any Content from the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice to you.
  1. Data Protection
  • Vidfast is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.vidfast.ai/privacy-policy-2/.
  • You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You also have the right to opt out of certain types of data collection and processing.

  1. Termination of Accounts
  • Vidfast may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice to you.
  • If your account is terminated, you may lose access to all Content that you have uploaded to the Platform.
  1. Subscription Plans
  • Vidfast offers subscription plans that give users access to premium features and functionality.
  • Subscription plans are auto-renewed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan.
  • Users will be notified ahead of time before their subscription is renewed.
  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time.
  • There is no refund policy for subscription plans, except in special cases where Vidfast decides to refund a user.
  1. Promotions, Contests, Sweepstakes
  • Vidfast may offer promotions, contests, and sweepstakes from time to time.
  • Each promotion, contest, and sweepstakes will have its own terms and conditions.
  • By participating in a promotion, contest, or sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Vidfast (excluding user-generated content) is the exclusive property of Vidfast LLC. Unauthorized use of any trademarks, logos, or brand names is prohibited.
  1. Feedback & Suggestions
  • Any feedback or suggestions provided by users may be used by Vidfast LLC without obligation to compensate or credit the contributing user.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The Platform is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Vidfast disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Vidfast does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidfast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, or any Content that you upload to or download from the Platform.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  1. Entire Agreement
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vidfast with respect to your access to and use of the Platform.
  1. Severability
  • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  1. Waiver
  • No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
  1. Notices
  • All notices and other communications hereunder shall be by email and shall be deemed to have been duly given when sent to the other party’s email address.
